【求助】National Semiconductor TPM 是什么驱动？

This package provides the TPM driver for Windows 2000/XP.

The TPM driver enables or updates the TPM functions on the following ThinkPad computers:

- ThinkPad R52
- ThinkPad T43
- ThinkPad T43p

Note: This program is language independent and can be used with any language system.

不知道TPM是什么驱动？
一台T43安装此驱动时总是死机，不知何故？

T43 的是英文改为中文，有知道的兄弟吗？

嗯 我也想问问这个问题。安装最新的安全软件后，更新了tpm程序。结果，安全软件就不能用了。

The revision introduces a driver for TPM chips such as those found in some IBM laptops; the TPM is designed as a hardware safeguard for critical data such as passwords. The driver supports TPM devices from National Semiconductor and Atmel.

我也遇到同样问题，重新安装系统后就剩余National Semiconductor TPM Device的驱动无法安装，一装就死机！在BIOS里面禁用了安全芯片也不行！！哪位DX指教？？？
机器：T43 1BC

不用装这个TPM驱动在平常使用中没感到有什么不便，

后来我是用中文恢复盘重新恢复才搞定这个。

出现同样问题,卸了TPM后又可以了.

我的是在进入Windows时提示错误, 刷手指后要重新输密码才进去.

不知如何解决?
